Vertical Art is a movement that walks with those who dare to fly – not only on a pole, but in life. A mostly female community that nurtures physical, emotional and spiritual health through conscious movement, dance and the artistic discipline of pole as a therapeutic tool.

Who guides

Eva Paz

She discovered pole in England while studying a master’s in marketing and turned it into her therapy. In 2018 she installed a pole in her flat in Honduras; in 2020 she founded Vertical Art and today she works with women in Barcelona and online.
