Terms and cancellation policy

1. Booking a spot

Spots for gatherings, sessions and workshops are booked in two steps: registration in the agenda and confirmation by payment. A spot is confirmed only once payment is received; places are limited and assigned in order of payment. You receive the confirmation and, where applicable, the Google Meet link by email.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros, taxes included, next to each date. Payment is made by card through Stripe or by Bizum to +34 695 625 527, stating your name and the gathering.

3. Cancellation and changes

These are activities on a fixed date, so under article 103(l) of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply. However:

  • With at least 48 hours’ notice you may move your spot to another date of the same format at no cost.
  • If we cancel or move a date (for example because of the weather at Amanecer con Paz), we offer another date or a full refund.
  • No-shows without notice count as a used spot.

If you cannot come, message us on WhatsApp so we can free your place for someone else.

4. Health and responsibility

You take part at your own responsibility. Our activities are movement and wellbeing, not therapy or healthcare. Tell us before starting about injuries, pregnancy or any condition we should know about, and follow safety instructions during practice.

5. Images

During gatherings we may create audiovisual content to share the experience on our channels. We only publish images of those who expressly authorise it; you can tell us at any time that you do not wish to appear.

6. Community

From your second participation we invite you to the community WhatsApp group. Joining is voluntary and you can leave whenever you like.
