An instrument that one day dared to say yes to this madness: leaving a corporate career, putting up a pole in my flat and throwing myself into this flight with more excitement than certainty, but with a heart full of faith.
England: the first class

While studying a master’s in marketing as a Chevening Scholar she attended her first pole dance class and was captivated. Practising became the most awaited part of her days: her therapy, the moment to release everything she felt and what she didn’t know she carried.
Honduras, 2018–2020: a pole at home

Back in Tegucigalpa she installed a pole in her flat and trained with discipline, afraid of what people would say. In the middle of the pandemic she started teaching online and in 2020 Vertical Art was born: the country’s first integral-health centre offering pole dance and fitness, with spaces in Tegucigalpa and San Pedro Sula.
A community of Pole Sisters

More than 8,000 people with no previous experience took their first steps with Vertical Art. Together with trainers, psychologists and nutritionists, the community grew through classes, picnics, retreats and one clear rule: here you fly from self-love, never from demand. In 2021 she was a finalist of Revista Estilo’s Girl Boss project.
Barcelona: Movement Experience

Today Eva lives in Barcelona and has turned Vertical Art into a movement experience without a fixed studio: gatherings by the sea, sessions in friendly spaces, online formats for the international community and ExpresARTE, her creative coaching work.
